A five-session programme intended at equipping middle school, high school, and college students with the information, skills, and confidence to lead conversations about women in neurodiverse communities in their communities and to confront women in neurodiverse advocacy through peer-to-peer teaching.

Participants are screened and carefully matched based on their work experience and goals, shared interests, personality, and proximity to each other. This mentor-mentee program partners with the Ernst & Young neurodiversity center of excellence.

DiverseMinds collaborates with our partners to provide neurodistinct girls with paid summer internships. We offer these young ladies with firsthand knowledge of what it's like to work as a professional in a social non-profit.
