Youth mentoring changes your life in unexpected ways.

Participants are screened and carefully matched based on their work experience and goals, shared interests, personality, and proximity to each other. This mentor-mentee program partners with the Ernst & Young neurodiversity center of excellence. Neurodistinct experts will assist girls ages 5-22 over eight months that coincide with the academic school year. Mentees and mentors commit to frequent meetings and contact points. Mentors help mentees in their personal and professional development by guiding them through essential areas such as goal-setting, time management, confidence development, and stress management. Mentor-mentee will also be invited to our yearly mentor-mentee webinar to connect with new friends and meet new people.
