Chores are a part of life no matter who you are, but why are they so hard to start? First things first, it’s important to understand that you are not alone in this feeling. Whether it’s cleaning up after dinner, or vacuuming the house, we all struggle with these everyday activities to some extent. That being said, for people with ADHD, like myself, sometimes it can be very hard to start a task or stop a task after a certain amount of time.
